STRINGS IN THE PARK
With a Festival theme surrounding our Superstrings course this Summer, course members will enjoy music making, craft constructing, face-painting, sports and much more.
Beginner through to advanced players will explore, rehearse and perform in chamber and orchestral ensembles, whilst also improvising, singing and learning about Dalcroze.
We will be joined by Rebecca and Olu Taiwo, who will run a West African workshop involving exciting rhythms, choreography, dancing and drumming.
Residential course members will be fully immersed in the theme by camping on-site throughout the course, with evenings packed with a variety of activities including quizzes, a talent show and film night.
Our festival will culminate with a carnival-style concert, celebrating everything achieved over the four days.
