Fiddler's Hill & The Gypsy's Violin
by Jeff Moore

Registration Form download
Superstrings Summer Course comprises two exciting courses which will run at the same time for string players aged 5–18 (beginner to Grade 8). Make new friends, play exciting music, produce colourful art work, sing and be inspired by our wonderful tutors in the beautiful setting of Braeside in Devizes.

The courses will explore the colourful and fiery music of Gypsy’s Violin by Jeff Moore and will also prepare and perform an exciting new commission for Superstrings by the same composer called Fiddler’s Hill.

This will be our first collaboration with the Wiltshire and Swindon Youth Orchestra and will give our young players the chance to play alongside some of the best young players in the county. The Braeside Conference Centre in Devizes is a spacious and comfortable house which has been specially adapted for young students. Outside there are large gardens and grounds. Leisure facilities include: table tennis, snooker and High Ropes!
